Drip area approved in plans has not been constructed.
Only drip area in operation is on the berm for the lagoon.
Very wet soil observed off the west end of the lagoon.
Ponding water was observed off the north side of the lagoon about 1/3 from west end with flow to the north.
Thick vegetation on lagoon berm.
Need information on # zones, # lines & length per zone & are there pressure sensors on these zones.
DI pumps & related equipment in control building north of the west end of the lagoon.
No problems noted there.
Identification sign on entrance gate to site.
Oak Pointe PS - dirt partially over the access hatch covers.
Otherwise PS apeared OK.
