Notes
Spencer Smalley gave us an overview of the area they plan to apply on adjacent to the plant. They are in the process of obtaining a landowner agreement and the area is fenced. They are aware of the 100 ft buffer zone from the stream in the area and the contractor who will be land applying is injecting and intends to follow the agronomic loading rate. If the application will have to take place at the other properties they will have the necessary landowner agreements for those as well. All areas were suitable for application as long as property boundaries and streams are flagged.
