Notes
Joint site inspection with Greg Goin, Knox County MS4. Site EPSCs/BMPs are installed and functioning. Only a couple of areas that are in need of maintenance and some tracking on the road. See inspection photos and comments. Double row of silt fence and mulch berm installed around perimeter of the site. Sediment basin currently being installed at the west end of the construction site. Sediment basin at the back-west corner of the site has been installed and banks stabilized. Outfall to the back-west corner pond is clean, not currently discharging at time of inspection. No staining or evidence of sediment discharge. Front-east pond has been installed and banks of the pond have been stabilized. Outfall to the pond has evidence of previous sediment transport. Outfall rip-rap apron should be cleaned out. Construction entrance has been well maintained, however, there is still tracking in the road. Knox County MS4 has already addressed this issue. Twice weekly reports are located onsite and well documented.
