Ms. Sandra Vance (SKV) spoke with Mr. Danny Sims, Mountain City WWTP on 7-6-17 about CBI Response Letter (dated 6-19-17). A corrected November 2016 Monthly Operation Report will be submitted. Some of the clogged diffusers in digestor no. 3 have been opened and some vents have been cut in the rotary screen building for the hydrogen sulfide issue. SKV also spoke with Mr. Chris Hook, Mountain City Collection System on 7-6-17 about the CBI Response Letter (dated 6-20-17). Mr. Hook will research for completed rehab sewer work records after July 2016 and requested an example of a monthly summary report to document infiltration/inflow work (I&I) in a collection system. SKV e-mailed him an example on 7-6-17. (SKV)
