All industries are currently in compliance with their industrial user permits. A file review of Renfro Corporation was conducted. The industry was inspected in August and sampled in June by the CA. The file documented that the industry is submitting self monitoring reports as required. Cleveland Utilities has identified dental facilities in their service area and is in the process of contacting the facilities regarding the Dental Amalgam Rule requirements.
