Prior to the treatment plant audit, Eddy Bouzeid and I drove through the land application site. There did not seem to be any setbacks and no significant slopes. However, there is not currently any restriction of public access. While the site is a bit out of the way, there was no gate or fence to prevent trespassing. Jeff Retzke said he would speak with the property owner about putting up no trespassing signs to keep people out. So far there has only been one application of 24,000 gallons.
