Monthly Pump and Haul Records had not been submitted to JEFO of NCO since the effective date of the permit but were submitted prior to the inspection. Personnel for ANR Pipeline will now submit a record by the fifteenth of the following month for pump and haul.
The manifests were easily located and well-organized. The site was kept clean and the area surrounding the retention pond was maintained very well.
