Producer did not have a copy of new general permit. I provided him with one during inspection and producer put it with his CNMP which he keeps on-site.
Producer also indicated he had not submitted an Annual Report in 2014 and that he mailed his 2014 Annual Report with his 2015 Annual Report to both the NCO and JFO office addresses. Producer showed a copy of his 2012 and 2013 Annual Reports as well because I did not have a copy of these in my file for the facility.
Producer was maintaining all other required records.
