No spills or leaks reported since 2005;
Employee training on 10/9/18;
Quarterly inspections have been performed, most recently on 2/22/2019. No issues were noted;
Last annual stormwater monitoring report on 12/14/2018 to be submitted. Outfall 2 had MN and Fe exceedances. 2017 report attributes exceedance to limestone;
Annual CSCE's have been performed in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018;
Outfall 2 drainage from NW side of landfill. Has temporary cap and drains into 2 basins then to outfall. Not discharging, water 5' and 20' downstream was slightly turbid in Stones River. Equipment, tires, wheels and parts stored in open approx. 75' upstream of outfall;
Outfall 1 pond upstream was turbid. Area around Outfall 1 was flooded with turbid water. Stones River was turbid.
Outfall 3 quarry area, runoff from landfill cell construction and operations to quarry outfall 3. Water was opaque upstream of outfall, flooded from Stones River at Outfall 3.
