Violations are: failure to monitor and report plus erosion with sediment loss off site near DMP 009. Also of concern is strong iron floc at discharges of 001,003,006, and 007; DMP 010 develops iron floc d/s of spillway, and DMP 002 has iron floc in standing water/wetland area associated with discharge channel.
