Met with Rick Tate. He gave me an update on Chattanooga's PT program. I reviewed three SIU files during the inspection. Chattanooga Tank Wash, Zeco, and Onsite Environmental who all were in SNC during the last reporting period. All of the violations have been resolved and Chattanooga is following their Enforcement Response Plan including issuing civil penalties. The PT program is currently fully staffed. Chattanooga's PT program staff recently attended the PT Level 1 course in Bowling Green, KY. Currently they are surveying dentists and notifying them of Dental Amalgam Rule requirements. The FOG program inspected 440 FSE's durig the last reporting period.
