Notes
A small amount of duckweed on the first pond was blown into one corner. I observed several turtles in the second pond; there was some minor erosion at the waterline. The fence around the WWTP needs maintenance. Cecil Wilson, Superintendent, has a BioNat license and is expecting to have his collection license reinstated soon. Mike Bryan, Assistant Superintendent will be testing in March for one of the licenses. DeWayne Culpepper of TAUD recently met with Mike and Cecil to review MOR and DMR reporting procedures.
