Compliance assistance inspection/follow up to the February 4, 2020 inspection. Due to approximately 5.0’ of precipitation during the previous week this follow up inspection switched from a repair review to a technical guidance overview of the currently EPSC measures employed onsite. Buffer reestablishment, stabilization practices, twice weekly inspections, and wetland mitigation were discussed. An open ended timeline was established for the stream 5 remediation depending on weather. However, stabilization of inactive areas will be immediately conducted.
