They have not submitted the changes in SUO & ERP required by 3/31/15.
Necessary changes to pretreatment program have not been submitted.
TTO monitor has stopped but option to certify in lieu of sampling has not been placed in the IU permit.
Modifications needed to IU permit to reflect who is to perform compliance sampling, etc.
Compliance sampling (except TTO) has been properly conducted by the city with proper enforcement taken for violations discovered.
Need to properly back-up documents, etc stored electronically.
