Riparian area and banks have been disturbed up to the streambed, without any water diversion or upland EPSC measures in place to prevent discharges to waters of the state. Observed sediment discharges to stream. Riparian area and banks should be either stabilized or protected and flow diversion installed if utility work will commence soon. See photolog.
