No major concerns were discovered during the inspection. The Facility is well-maintained and operated. There are concerns with septic haulers' influent, but the facility appears to be managing these challenges and is not affecting overall treatment. There were minor data transcription errors and rounding inconsistencies in transferring TSS data from laboratory bench sheets to MORs. The majority of the analyses are conducted at Metro's Central lab. Metro lab sends the facility daily reports of all the results of the analyses to run that day. This information is used to compile MORs and DMR submissions.
