Notes
Erosional gully found on the slope of the northwest portion of the limits of disturbance. Large areas of exposed / unstable soil around vertical structure. Appears there may have been some on-site sedimentation to areas outside of the established limits of disturbance. The site appears to have a sediment basin that is over-grown with vegetation. Visual inspection of outfall area did not reveal any off-site impacts at this time. No NOC / SWPPP / twice-weekly inspections found within on-site SWPPP box.
