There is a new development on the east side of Edmondson pike between old Smyrna and mt pisgah. Work appears to have ceased for over a month during last weeks storm there was significant sediment discharge from this side down down the road. Is there any type of environmental protection or stabilization that should be occurring on this site to prevent discharge?
