Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
caller reported that laurel Creek immediately below flatrock Motorsports Park is discharging sediment offsite and into laurel branch. Discharges are occurring during and after rainfall and during dry conditions. Color contrast between the tributary that comes from Flatrock and a side tributary is immediately apparent.
Lonnie McCloud Robert Becker and Jeff Patton visited the site on March 15 and determined numerous issues were found concerning both CGP and ARAP sediment had been lost from the site in numerous areas we discussed with site foreman about the issues and a Notice of Violation is to be prepared for issuance.
