Description and Writeup
A creek has been dammed up. It goes under a bridge and then he has put in some culverts but they are less than half the width of the creek bed. It is dry now bc of our lack of rain, but this is a creek that floods on the regular.
I am not sure if any permits have been pulled for the land and creek disturbances that is currently being done.
