Description and Writeup
complainant called the JCEFO on 6/28/19 regarding concerns from apparent iron in the water. Division personnel contact City of Johnson City to investigate the issue. System personnel collected samples at the meter connection and all results were within the acceptable ranges. Issue may originate from plumbing on the customer side of the meter.
