TDEC employee observed earthwork occurring in a very large area with no observable erosion and sediment control measures. These disturbed areas do not have CGP or ARAP coverage at the time of writing.
Division staff investigated the site. The site is intended to be used for Agriculture. DWR staff are discussing the findings of the site as investigated on 11-27-24.
