5/3/2011: Complainant contacted EPA Region IV regarding a complaint of orange water from a project with 3,000 turbidity.
5/3/2011: EKB contacted Mr. Deegan to get additional information about the complaint. Mr. Deegan informed EKB that he was in route to Dallas, Texas, to deliver a load of steel and that he would get back with him when he returns.
5/24/2011: Mr. Deegan did not call EKB back to discuss the complaint.
7/15/11: TRT closed as we have not heard from complainant. 21 days to investigate is misleading. We were already aware of the alleged situation the complainant was referring to.
