Complaint Description and Writeup
" An anonymous caller called in to the commissioners office this afternoon and they transferred him to us. He stated that he has seen a white dump truck at Charles Creek off of Brown Pradder Road for several days. Today he witnessed them pulling large amounts of river rock from the creek and loading it in the dump truck. He watched them take a load and head toward Crisp Springs Road and they are back loading another load. He was hoping someone could come right away and catch them in the act. Otherwise he is not sure that they will ever be caught. He said he couldn’t be sure but he thought they might be going to the Pumpkin Patch at 2900 Old Nashville Hwy."
