Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
28-MAR-2016 Complaint received, complainant stated her water is making her sick, it smells like sulfur, and has a metallic taste. *** 28-MAR-2016 Called Nashville Water Department and referred the complaint to them. Advised them to collect water samples and follow up with me the investigation and sample results. MPM***
01-APR-2016 received call from complainant, saying she does not believe the sample results, and thinks there might be a broken water main, she thinks there might be too much iron in the water, it stains her bath tub, tastes like old pennies. She went on to say she can take this to the media, and what is in the dark will come into the light.***
Test results from both the state lab and the Metro Nashville lab show no problems with the water. Called and advised the complainant. MPM
