Description and Writeup
Ms. Sue Rose reported observing sewage on one side of Beaver Creek near Boone Lake. SKV contacted Mr. Matthew Dake, Bristol WWTP and he indicated he would investigate. Mr. Dake reported observing brown foam near the Bristol WWTP outfall line creek crossing. He and Mr. Will Witcher, City of Bristol, TN will investigate further on 4-3-2020. Mr. Dake reported after investigating on 4-3-2020 that no foam was observed and the outfall line had no obvious damage or defect. The area will be monitored. An attempt by SKV to contact Ms. Rose by phone on 4-3-2020 was unsuccessful.
