Hello, my name is Laura Smith. I have property in Carthage Tn , 7 Honeysuckle Lane Carthage Tn 37030.
I have a property with a creek on it that my neighbor has obstructed, according to our deed/ plat lines he was not suppose to, now it’s ponding instead of flowing when it rains, he’s also put up a deck close to said easement. Neighbor owns 5 honeysuckle lane he has it up for sale and it’s contingent.
I contacted EPA but they said it wasn’t in their jurisdiction.
Looking for assistance it was beautiful , and now it’s not with ponding water, cut trees , excavated and added rock .
