Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Mr. Wagner called Gary Burriss about the water at Fall Creek Falls Utility District (FCFUD). He has researched the water quality issues and found 40 violations since 2004. He sent a letter to the Pikeville newspaper about the problems with disinfection byproducts. He is upset that the new water line from Pikeville serves water to the prisons but not to the customers of FCFUD. He knows several people with cancer in his area and plans to file a class action lawsuit and contact the TV news stations.
It was explained to Mr. Wagner about the progress that has been made and that the water being produce at the BCCX plant now meets the drinking water standards.
