Complainant stated that the facility had intention of cleaning out a settling pond of sediment beginning about 8 AM on Saturday July 18th, without making any effort to route sediment away from the outfall to waters of the state. He stated in the past they would reroute the water, but he was told by his employer to skip the protocols.
