9/13/2023 - RAB received request on 9/13/2023 for well information from a Dewey Giles. Dewey Giles has contacted RAB 4-5 since July 2022, requesting well information so they can install well pumps. Dewey Giles in not in WaterLog as a license holder or as an operator for a license holder. Possibly an unlicensed person conducting well work.
10/31/2023 - RAB - RAB received one survey that was inconclusive. PBA letter mailed on 10/16/2023 and received on 10/25/2023.
