    Complaint Description and Writeup

11/20/24: Complainant contacted TDEC and Megasite Authority concerned about water and sediment discharging onto their property from the Ford site. Discharge appears to be diverting around a basin that has been installed west of Little Muddy Creek.
11/25/24: Site investigation conducted with complainant and representatives from Ford. Sediment deposition noted beyond northern boundary of site. Deposition covered with recent leaf fall. Silt fence installed north of sediment basin 11 at the toe of the berm slope showed signs of concentrated flow in locations, allowing sediment and water to flow off-site. External slope of basin berm was covered with vegetative growth but may be mostly seasonal grasses (annual rye and clover). Area south of basin (NAVL Rail and Convoy Yard was not stabilized which could be contributing to sediment source.
11/26/24: JEBr emailed Ford contacts. Requested response by 12/13/24
