Description and Writeup
Complainant claims foam blew from Domtar's wastewater treatment lagoon and fell on ball fields at Domtar Park on March 2, 2024. The complainant attached a picture to the Ask TDEC submission of foam on a ball field adjacent to the wastewater treatment lagoon.
The division contacted Domtar personnel on March 6, 2024. Domtar acknowledged that they were aware of the foam event that occurred on March 2, 2024, and that actions were taken to address the issue. The division will send an advisement letter to Domtar.
