Complainant states that they have had very low pressure on Morgan Lane since late 8/26/24. Division personnel contacted system personnel with the Kingsport Water Department to discuss the issue on 8/26/24. System personnel stated that a leak had been reported on this road on 8/14/24 and assessed by system personnel with plans to address the issue. Late on the night of 8/26/24, before the planned work commenced, the leak increased in size and quantity resulting in low pressure in that part of the distribution system. System personnel were on-site at the time of contact by the Division to correct the issue.
