Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
I’m reaching out regarding the Celtic LLC (Mountain Reflections Development) project in Sevier County (Parcel 078095 05600). While checking the park boundary near monument 15A-1A, I observed sediment and debris encroaching onto park lands. I have spoken with the project manager, Mr. Ben Fletcher, and he confirmed that the debris piles will be removed from the park area.
However, aside from the debris pile berms, I did not notice any erosion prevention or sediment control measures, such as silt fencing. I wanted to inquire whether the project has a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) as part of the TNCGP. If one is in place, could TDEC ensure that it is being adhered to? We aim to prevent any potential impacts to the northbound Spur and the West Fork of the Little Pigeon River.
