7/10/2017 - Received a voicemail with concerns and questions regarding the rules, laws and regulations for maintaining right-of-ways with pesticides. Trees, bushes, grass, etc. are dead under the power lines. It was his understanding that chemicals were not allowed to be used.
*7/11/2017 - Called and left a voicemail for Mr. Miller regarding our pesticide permit rules and regulations. I informed him that we do not regulate the chemicals used for pesticide spray and that the Dept. of Agriculture holds a permit that has more rules and requirements. I gave him the phone number for the Dept. of Agriculture and informed him that he can call me back with any further questions or concerns.
**7/18/2017 - Mr. Miller has not returned my phone call at this point.
