Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant indicates " She stated that when it rains heavily, the nearby trib to Barton’s Creek floods and when it does so, it carries sewage overflow from a nearby sewer line. She does say that it has been going on for sometime, but was brought back to her attention by the rains over the weekend."
