Complaint Description and Writeup
Complaint Description and Writeup
13-JAN-15 Complainant called to say she had just moved her camper to the KOA on Music Valley Drive and she was getting yellow water.
I spoke with her concerning the color and possible causes. I informed her I would speak with Nashville Water Department regarding her complaint; she stated she didn't want to call them because she just rented the campsite. She said she would like to remain anonymous.
Nashville Water Department investigated on 13-JAN-15. They did not find any rusty water at the meter to the KOA campground. They also spoke with the campground manager who reported he was not aware of any rusty water issues in the campground.
