Complaint Description and Writeup
Mr. Doug Childers, City of Johnson City reported a 5-29-18 overflow on a private sewer line at 1809 W. Lakeview Drive, Johnson City. Mr. Childers contacted Ms. Sandra Vance (SKV) on 5-30-18 and advised that City personnel opened a seeping manhole and cleared out the blockage on the condos private sewer line. The seeping manhole was due to the blockage in the condos private sewer line and was not due to the City's sewer line. SKV advised Mr. Childers to send in a letter describing the incident since it was reported to the Johnson City EFO and agreed this seeping manhole was not due to the City's sewer line.
