Cabin construction on family property has led to filling of stream channel with debris and sediment, as well as several unpermitted stream crossings. The property owner responsible, Joe Shults, will remove the debris and riprap check dams within 2 weeks and notify the division and Sevier Co. of completion of corrective action. Property owner will also be submitting an ARAP application for proposed replacement of small road crossing that has degraded.
