complaint - at approximately 10:30 this morning a large amount of foam (with a citrus odor) was observed by Trane personnel at a storm inlet on our southern property boundary, which receives runon water from adjacent southern properties. This foam is coming onto Trane property from some neighboring southern property. I wanted to report this illicit discharge activity to your office.
