Complaint Description and Writeup
Complainant states that flow in Martin Creek is down to a dribble and he believes someone, or something, has built a dam reducing the flow below the waterfall.
F. Colyer, Q. Tolliver and J. Arrowood investigated the complaint on 19 August 2024. Our observations indicated that the creek at the present time was carrying base flow and was showing no evidence of low flow conditions.
