Description and Writeup
The neighbor at the end of the valley has built a dam to create a pond with dirt that he scraped up off of my property and destroyed the natural stream below for about 130 yards. Additionally, every time there is significant rain, the damn roads and washes down sediment and gravel that accumulates all the way downstream through my property. This will continue to happen as he repairs the dam every time it erodes by pushing more dirt up onto the erosion spot.
The gravel continues to accumulate and has begun, choking up the stream and his made flooding worse during heavy rains.
I’d like to have someone come out and take a look and help me figure out how to handle this situation.
