Description and Writeup
"I work at Crossville Medical Clinic at 820 N Main Street. We had plumbing problems and the toilets plugged, the plumber showed up today and said there was motor oil in the drains so bad it clogged the toilets. Please investigate as this is public sewer system in Crossville TN"
Action on July 1, 2024: Complainant mistakenly thought sludge in sewage collection system was oil. WOH met with City of Crossville Collection System Operator Allen Tabor. Manholes were inspected. Interviewed the plumber by phone, Matt Wynne. Interviewed the complainant. No issue was observed.
