" CALLER REPORTS AN UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF RAW SEWAGE IS BEING RELEASED
FROM A SEPTIC TANK AND TOILETS. THE MATERIAL SPILLING ONTO THE
GRASS AND SOIL BEHIND AND INSIDE THE BUILDING. THE CAUSE OF THE
RELEASE IS UNKNOWN.
CALLER STATES SOMEONE HAS GONE OUT TO THE LOCATION AND STATED THAT
THE SEPTIC TANK NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. THEY HAVE BUILT A TRENCH TO
HAVE THE MATERIAL FLOW THROUGH INSTEAD OF REPAIRING THE TANK.
CALLER STATES THEY ALSO SERVE FOOD AT THIS LOCATION AND IT IS
UNSANITARY TO DO SO."
