07/01/2024 - RAB - Reviewing NOIs for another complaint, came across a duplicate NOI address for this driller. Reviewed NOIs and determined that there were 5 or 6 pending NOIs and associated NOI fees & driller reports that were over 60 days past due.
7/15/2024 – RAB – driller emailed electronic copies of missing driller reports.
7/29/2024 RAB – driller mailed copies of missing driller reports as well as proof of payment for the NOI fees, and received on this date.
