David Sims, TWRA: someone called and told him they observed that soil on the berm of the lagoon on the southeast side was wet and soft (area of the largest cell, on the right side as you approach from the access road). This is the side where drip irrigation lines were used in the berm in the past. He also observed there were a lot of trees/saplings growing on the berms. He was concerned about the stability of the berm and thought it should be checked to make sure it was not becoming unstable. *AER*
