Voicemail from Commissioner's office: Complainant stated that they (violators) tore down a fence that the USDA paid for to gain access to the creek with an excavator and that they are continually taking the excavator into the creek and digging, as well as, removing vegetation from the creek banks. The property in violation is across the street from 3401 Dry Creek Rd, corner of Dry Creek Rd and Turkey Creek Rd.
