Complaint Description and Writeup
Jacob Hite (BAE Systems/HSAAP) left voicemail for BBC on 6/7/2019 to report a release of an estimated 30 gallons of n-Propyl Acetate at HSAAP Area A that day. The material was lost from a tanker onsite to make a routine delivery. BAE Systems personnel believed that discharge of the material to Madd Branch was likely because of rainfall in the area. First Utility District of Hawkins County WTP was notified as a precaution. A written report on the incident will be submitted by BAE Systems.
