    Complaint Description and Writeup

    We have a customer that recently bought a property and wants us to do work on it but doesn’t want anything done until the well is logged with the state.
    It has no sticker on it and we were told by the contractor that did work on the house that Hand Services drilled it. This is a second well on the property, we drilled the first well in 2015. There is a lock on the gate that we have a key to if you need to get in.

    8/16/2023 - RWR - complainant asked for update, RWR responded letting complainant know that the investigation is ongoing and also asked complainant if there was any additional information that could be added to the well record. RAB has reached out to former property owner which was shared with us by complainant in 8/16/2023 inquiry. Former property owner indicated that he'd attempt to contact the original contractor.

    8/16/2023 - original contractor for property development indicated that all he knew was that Hand drilled the well. Hand indicated that he as no record of the well. The Division has no record of the well as no Driller Report was ever received.
    9/13/2023- RWR - The well is an undocumented well at this point, marking case closed as of 9/13/2023.
