    Complaint Description and Writeup

    8/29/2023: According to complainant: Howard Norman drilled D0091980 in 2010. Bingham went out in April 2023 and deepened the well, but did not submit the well report. Location Stewart County 163 Bartee Rd.
    9/1/2023 through 9/13/2023 - RWR has had multiple contact with Mr. Bingham's office. As of 9/13/2023 we've not been able to confirm whether Bingham performed the rework at this location.
    9/18/2023 - Certified letter mailed
    9/21/2023 - Letter received by Mr. Bingham.
    10/27/2023 - rwr - DWR received email from Bingham's office requesting that RWR call Mr. Bingham regarding the "J.D. Daigle" well.
    10/27/2023 - RWR - Mr. Bingham left a VM for RWR on 10/25 and 10/26/2023 - RWR returned phone call on 10/27/2023. In that phone call Mr. Bingham stated that he would submit the driller report for the rework this afternoon after an appointment.
    10/27/2023 - RWR - Received a rework report in addition to two other reports that were late. The well location address on the submitted rework report does not match what is on the original complaint. Further inspection indicates that this is the correct rework report as the well location is on the corner of Wildcat creek rd. and Bartree Rd. Report emailed to complainant / requestor
